Location is not updating

Open iPhone Settings, find Balls24/7 under Location Services, and confirm the permission appropriate for your sharing choice. Low Power Mode, poor connectivity, force-quitting the app, and operating-system background limits can delay updates.

Pause location sharing

Open Balls24/7 → Settings → Privacy and turn off “Share my location.” This stops background updates and removes your last stored location.

Delete an account

Open Balls24/7 → Settings → Account → Delete account permanently. This removes the account and associated personal data. If the account owns its family, the family is deleted as well.

Subscription help

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple's App Store. In the app, use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices.

Safety

Balls24/7 is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee real-time location. Contact local emergency services when someone may be in danger.
