Agreement

By creating an account or using Balls24/7, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Consent and acceptable use

Use Balls24/7 only with the knowledge and consent of every person whose device or location participates. You may not use the service for stalking, harassment, coercion, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, unauthorized access, or any illegal purpose.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for sharing family invite codes only with people you trust.

Location limitations

Locations can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable because of device settings, permissions, connectivity, battery state, operating-system restrictions, or service outages. Balls24/7 is not an emergency, rescue, dispatch, or personal-safety service. Call the appropriate emergency service when someone may be in danger.

Subscriptions

The free plan supports up to three family members. The Private plan supports up to fourteen and is intended to renew monthly through Apple's App Store until canceled. The exact localized price and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase control. Users can manage or cancel through their Apple Account settings. Paid access may continue through a billing grace period and ends when the verified entitlement expires.

User content

You retain rights to profile photos and messages you submit. You grant Balls24/7 the limited permission needed to store, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. Do not upload content you lack the right to share.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied guarantees. Balls24/7 is not liable for decisions made from delayed or inaccurate location information, unauthorized use caused by a user's failure to protect access, or indirect and consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
